Our pastry counter speaks for itself. Every scone, pop tart, and cookie sandwich is measured with the heart by a member of our staff. With gluten-free and dairy-free sweet breads, cookies, and muffins, there’s something for everyone. Many of the ingredients we use are locally-sourced, guaranteeing high quality pastries. Be sure to save room for our Classic Cinnamon Coffeecake; it’s always a crowd-pleaser!

Hayley’s offers a farm-to-table menu that is sure to delight the pickiest eater. Our local farmers and gardeners supply us with the richest eggs, poultry and beef, and the most beautiful produce around. We offer classics like Made-From-Scratch Biscuits and Gravy, as well as a variety of incredible sandwiches, including our Chicken Bacon Sandwich on homemade focaccia. Be sure to bring your appetite, we don’t hold back on portion sizes.

We special order our coffee and espresso each week from Leavenworth’s Burr Roastery to ensure the freshest coffee experience. Every latte, cappuccino, and americano is hand-crafted by our specially trained baristas. If you’re not sure what to order, don’t hesitate to ask for suggestions.

Hayley’s Eatery is the perfect event space for any occasion. Besides the warm atmosphere, we offer plenty of seating and a bar for buffet and drink service. Bring your own food or leave dinner prep and clean-up to us. Book your event early as we have limited availability.
